<p>To cure tinnitus it is important to first understand it completely. Tinnitus can be of two types: objective tinnitus and subjective tinnitus. With objective tinnitus, the patient is definitely able to hear the buzzing sound but people near him can also hear it. In subjective tinnitus only the patient hears such noises.</p>
<p>A patient suffering from tinnitus cannot sleep at night as the hissing sound increases.  They often loose concentration at work. That is why finding a cure for tinnitus becomes extremely important. Although many people opt for medication, surgery or audio therapies to cure tinnitus, you may want to employ some of the home remedies as well. They have no side effects.</p>
