Fix tinnitus ringing
It is said that as much as 10% of the worlds population is suffering from tinnitus today. Tinnitus is neither a disease nor a disorder, it is only a symptom. Tinnitus is a symptom that makes you hear noises which do not exist. Hissing, roaring, whistling and ringing. The worst part is that the person suffering from it loses his concentration at work and loses sleep because of this annoying sound ringing in his ear either constantly or intermittently.
That is the reason why it becomes so important to fix this irritating ringing. Also, it becomes important to fix tinnitus because it drives the person suffering from it crazy and it has been observed that such people are more prone to suicide.
The causes of tinnitus can be many. It may be a medical condition, age, stress or loud noises. But, understanding the real reason why you are suffering from it can only help you to cure tinnitus. If you are able to determine that it is medical condition, like thyroid or blood pressure or even an ear tumor it can be cured and thus consequently you can cure the tinnitus as well.
Similarly if it has resulted as a side effect of some medication you are taking , you may consult your doctor and change the medication. This way you can fix tinnitus without much of a problem.
However if the problem persists due to old age or loud noise or stress you have to start finding ways to reduce it. In such cases curing tinnitus is next to impossible. Hence you should consider stress management and/or start avoiding loud noise. In such cases you can only fix tinnitus or at least reduce its intensity, psychologically.
